Trying to enter 2 different parents email address and i get a message that the email is associated to a youth scout. These are cub scout parents and have no other kid in scouting and there cub scout does not have email. Any thoughts on this error.
some registrars put in parent emails for Scouts (Tell them not to) - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it - it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
I am having this same situation. It seems there is no way to change the email associated with the scout either. Do I need to call the council office to have the change made perhaps?
