Duplicate ids for Troop 1131 need fixed

Troop 1131 is migrating to scoutbook. I’m trying to get parents signed on, but found duplicate ids for some of them. I listed the scout and their BSA id. Let me know if you need different information. I’m not sure how to tell if any of the duplicate accounts are associated with a userid/pwd

no you cannot fix - all SUAC needs usually is BSA # and a description of issue - if we need more info we can message you

two parents do not have the correct email address. How do I get that corrected.

The parents can change it themself - or post the BSA# and I will see if there was a second email on accounts - I used the ones that either had a registration or latest login

Okay I will tell the parents they need to logon and change the email address. There were not two emails on one account. Two accounts with different email addresses.
