Duplicate leader / adult on scoutbook and my.scouting accounts

I have an adult leader who is also the parent to a child. Somewhere there are two accounts which seem to be using the same email address so he’s unable to login.

ON Scoutbook I think the two accounts are:
Internet Advancement showing member id 14477898 and
Internet Advancement showing member id 14439034

The only difference I see in the names is one capitalized letter.

@BCotter He has Google sign in turned on, so he needs to log in with the “Sign in with Google” button, his Google name, and Google password.
