While trying to switch Cit in World counselor for a scout ended up with 2 Cit in the World merit badges in the Scouts Pending Merit Badges, stills shows the old counselor. Note when reviewing connections in legacy Scout book the original Counselors connection pages shows the new counselor for the merit badge, the new counselors connection page shows the old counselor.
@AaronHottenstein - please do not post images with personal information on a public forum. My first guess is different versions of the merit badge
@AaronHottenstein probably 2 versions of the MB are started - if nothing is complete I would just use Legacy to Remove the MB and re-start it
Try this in Legacy - Go to unit Roster in Scoutbook > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that might solve it
Same result. I had a moment where I saw the option to undo requirements but no option to remove the badge.
is annoying as it works fine for me. hmmmm - can you check with another admin in the unit? see if it works for them

What is the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)? You should never see 2 versions of the same MB for a Scout. We need to report this to the developers.
yeah - we try our best to Reproduce an issue before we send it in to save developers time - Now Could be an issue with your account which still needs to be looked at - but if we can isolate it to that and not universal or larger if helps them move more fluid

Well you would need to click on the “For requirements by MBC” then click the Final date - then click remove - but I would be careful doing it. Having 2 MBs does not hurt anything especially if one is already recorded.
Ok, I’ll have the assigned MB try that. Fortunately nothing has been recorded in either instance.
