I sent this to my council, but they have not seen this issue before. I was rechartered normally, but then seemed have ended up with another profile with the same key information but without the key roles. Is this something that this support team can correct?
My original message to council:
I noticed that my access to things in Scoutbook changed since recharter. I thought it might be related to being registered in two councils. After looking around today, it seems like I have two profiles going in LFC. In all of my LFC units, I see two entries for myself. It seems like there are two copies of me in the council, one “new” one with the same ID and the older one that is correct with the right roles and permissions. Both seem to have the same email address and BSA ID. Is this something that you can correct? I would like to reconnect to my existing profile with pack and troop admin privileges.
My LFC units and roles are:
Pack 3090 - Den Leader
Troop 79 - ASM
Troop 6079 - ASM
Merit badge counselor
Nova/Supernova counselor
LFC BSA ID - 14356515
SHAC BSA ID - 137219969
Examples of errors:

I cannot do normal pack admin work in Scoutbook+ like I usually can.

I see a “Another user is using this email address.” Warning when I login to Scoutbook (legacy)

I do see the correct LFC BSA ID. That was issued in 2022 when we moved back to council.

I see this in the Pack 3090 roster on legacy Scoutbook.
