Profile issue

Hello, I wrote about this issue after recharter. It is persisting for myself and my wife after being rechartered directly by council. The new parent-child confirmation has made this more important. In some ways in the system, things are normal and in others we do not seem to be connected. I suspect there are two profiles, each with a portion of the correct permissions.

Last Frontier is my primary council. I still am registered with Sam Houston Area, as well.

Of the initials you shared, one seems off. DH is unexpected. I expected a CH instead. CH is also registered with units in both councils.

My wife’s MID for Last Frontier is 14356560.

Well the 2 councils is a main issue.

The dupe email is cause you have one SB User in each Council with the same email - as to use tools in a unit you have to use the MID in that unit

I have seen a hint of that my LFC ID might be connected to CH’s SHAC ID. A mismatch of connections within each council context.

I am still seeing this warning in Scoutbook:

Do you have any recommendations on how this should be done? CH stayed registered with the SHAC unit so she could attend summer camp with them after moving to LFC.

Sorry, we were both writing at the same time. Any recommendations on either good practices or a resolution path?

A bit more background, we have been in this dual registered states for a few years. It worked fine before. I could switch MID primary roles to SHAC and only see SHAC things, then switch to LFC to see LFC things. This year, I when I login with my LFC MID I do see the SHAC unit in-line with the LFC units. That is a change from before.
