We have both parents of a scout where each of their Youth Protection Training is against a different number than their parent connections in scoutbook. Can you merge each of them.
Parent 1, YPT against #14248560. Her BSA number linked to her son is 140140504.
Parent 2, YPT against # ? HIs BSA number linked to his son is 14134260.
Son’s bsa number is 14134265

This one is fixed. She should log in with her my.scouting username – not her e-mail.
She has the e-mail opt out toggle turned on in Scoutbook. (Probably due to duplicate Scoutbook userID.)
I only find 1 BSA member ID number for this parent. As far as I can tell, he has not training.
