Duplicate Parent Accounts (Merge Help)

I have a mom who has two accounts and we’re having difficulties when she tries to do things like RSVP for events.

First ID: 13258553 (was used in their original Pack)
Second ID: 140191867 (created by the parent after scout joined the Troop)

@GrantMullins She has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting:

One has Sign in with Google turned on
The other is her e-mail address

Which username would she like to keep?

@GrantMullins I have retired the username that had Sign in with Google turned on.
