I have a parent that has two BSA IDs and I’m not sure how to fix this, or how he even ended up with two? I know he did YPT, so maybe he created one on my.scouting.org and then also had one created through Council as a Tiger parent?
I’ve already emailed support with the parent’s info…
First, contact your council to have one of the BSA Member IDs retired. After that is done, send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the BSA Member IDs, the parent’s name and council. Ask them to merge the Scoutbook accounts, indicate which is the proper BSA Member ID and to retire the other.
