Hi, I have a parent/den leader that shows up with 2 parent accounts, one for each of his scout children. When he logs in to scoutbook it says another account is using the same email. How can we get this fixed?

It looks like he has 2 IDs. His YPT and one child is under
6119088 and the other child is under 14004123
