Duplicate/redundant youth application?

We recently had an AOL crossover into our Troop. In Application Manager, I saw two applications for the same youth. I accepted one and it successfully propagated and now that Scout shows up as expected in Scoutbook. However, the second application cannot be accepted as I get the error message “Assignment failed. Position limit has been reached.”
The successfully processed application is ID 200806536. The redundant/errant application is ID 200806540. Can we please get 200806540 deleted or otherwise properly dispositioned so it no longer triggers reminder notifications?

Can you add a note to it that it is duplicate and then reassign to the council?

They can delete it.

If you can’t do the above, email your DE and/or registrar and they can delete it.
