Another one…this scout seem to have rank and advancements in the older profile and a duplicate one that is now being used…

Hello Mr. McNeil, I am hoping you can assist me as well. I have 5 scouts that have not been able to login to Scoutbook correctly. Each of their parents have sent the invitation link from their profile, however, it doesn’t work when the scouts select it. I believe they all have duplicate accounts from attempting to login with their email accounts. Perhaps you can assist to associate their accounts correctly. Here are their BSA member id’s: 127902434, 129143318, 133110274, 12740273, 135581364.

I’m trying to resolve an issue with a leader’s accounts, but it appears as if they have 3 my.scouting accounts when I search and I am unable to merge. To my knowledge, they all belong to our council and they have only ever been registered in our council.

They also had multiple Scoutbook accounts that I was able to merge. Any insight would be helpful

When I attempt to merge, I receive an error: unable to merge, user belongs to another council. yet it shows our council number listed

You have to fix the MYST User too - I cleaned it up for you and matched it with Scoutbook

Hi Donovan,
We thought this request may have been fixed but the use is seeing strange behavior with login. BSA id: 14164851 but has two SB user id that need be merged:
SB user id: 2375736 and 12435499
The user uses userid to login.
Appreciate your help.

@TimHobbs1 what numbers are these - BSA #s or Scoutbook User IDs?

13217109 and 3934118 are Scoutbook member IDs (i think). I also think 12399722 is a Scoutbook member ID - I found it under “manage member IDs” for member ID 3934118 with no council attached to it. I am in Lincoln Heritage Council 205. I have 1 son in troop 2200 and 1 son in pack 2020. I have access to the 2200 son under member ID 13217109, but have done youth protection and cubscout training under 3934118. Somehow I lost access to my son in pack 2020 - I guess he may be under the member ID 12399722.

Great, thank you. The only thing that is missing is my youth protection training didn’t transfer over
