Duplicate Scoutbook accounts/email

I also have an issue with a duplicate. I have one account as a leader, another as a parent, and my parent account doesn’t have an email address. How can I have just one account to make sure my scout is connected to me in Scoutbook?

End your connection as a parent and that account basically vanishes and connect your leader account to your child as a parent under the connections

I am having the same issue as Joe was above.

My account email was changed to changeyouremail@scoutbook.com but when trying to replace my email, the new email is already associated with another Scoutbook account. This is a new issue as of this morning and is causing quite the headache as we are active Scoutbook users in our Troop.

@MrsMason06 Sounds like recharter got you I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Thank you for volunteering your time to help us fix these hiccups. I too have this issue with at least two parents in my Troop (and Pack/Troop).
