Duplicate scouts listed in Scoutbook

Within Scoutbook, there are six scouts who are listed twice. Within SB+ they are only listed once. Can this be cleaned up in SB?

@SarahBlaesing - you really should not be in legacy scoutbook nor should any patrol or membership changes be done there.

Has any communication gone out to unit leadership informing people to stop using SB. If they don’t want people to use SB they need to communicate that to all leaders and ends its life. Telling me I shouldn’t doesn’t resolve the problem.

@SarahBlaesing - the last remaining piece in legacy is the merit badge counselor menu/tools. The change log has been noting the migration. But at any rate I think someone from the SUAC should be able to clean this up.

@SarahBlaesing often what happens is the scouts get put in unapproved sub units in Legacy and are kind of stuck - as sub units can no longer be approved. You can go to each scout in Legacy and end the membership in the wrong sub-unit, you just have to be sure you are correct. Otherwise just wait for a mass script to clean it up.

I have 6 that are listed in their correct patrol and not assigned a patrol! same info in both places - afraid to touch them.

@GayleWilton - there is no reason to be looking at legacy scoutbook. Are the showing correctly in advancements.scouting.org ?

They are correct in advancements. So I guess its not something that needs to be addressed.

We have encountered more problems in SC+ than in legacy, and were not aware that we could not still go in through legacy.

Not sure when the scripts runs but it still wasn’t fixed.

@SarahBlaesing - I do not think donovan meant that the script runs nightly but that one will be run at some point in the future.
