Have an unusual issue: 082 023 T1996 sent out email reminder to unit Scoutbook list. Receive message back from (e-mail removed by Moderator) indicating he didn’t have any kids in Scouting and shouldn’t have gotten the email. Looked on unit roster and that email is not listed. Did that email get added to the unit Scoutbook? How to remove? Rus
Normally, I would suspect a typo in someone’s email address. However, given that the unit apparently already checked for that, I would have the unit leadership check their invitee lists to make sure there isn’t a former scout/leader on the event for which an email went out. It’s also possible to add an email address manually to the event reminders, but I think it only goes out with the Send Now reminder option.
