Eagle Palm Entry Issue

Inconsistent issue found with palm entry in Sccutbook.

I have 2 Scouts (134787042 and 136250668) who completed their Eagle BOR the same day and another (135738102) who completed it 2 months earlier. All.3 were eligible for their Bronze Palm and one for their Gold.

Two different leaders are able to view and sign off the bronze and gold for 135738102 and the bronze for 134787042 but when we try to sign off on the bronze for 136250668, we get a “This Advancement has no requirements” when we try to sign him off. Furthermore, we can also view requirements for 136250668 gold and other palms.

Please let me know what we can do so we can get this Scout the award he earned!

@BrianWeston you CAN view requirements or you CANNOT view requirements? And are you one of the leaders that see this?

I cannot for only the one Scout i mention for only his bronze palm #1. The other two i can see everything. The other leader i know of that has the same issue is 131507693.

It give a bit more detail about what @Stephen_Hornak said is that you won’t hear on this thread. The timing of fixes isn’t shared. So, checking that change log, or having the updates to the change log emailed to you, is the only way you will likely hear.
