We have an eagle scout who has 2 palms earned but we could not get them to show up on the needs purchasing report so we can generate the PO. After looking SB shows the palms as earned on the scout’s individual advancement page however in SB+ requirements 1 & 2 were not recorded as complete even though the palm was currently earned and recorded. We use a 3rd party system for our troop - we’ve never had to have all the sub requirements checked for MB’s or Awards in SB as they don’t always import but rather just the top line that the MB or award was earned was sufficient. As soon as we marked the palm and approved by going all the way into the scout’s advancement record and drilling into Awards and then the palm we got it to show up on the report. Why won’t these import as signed off from 3rd party systems.
There are know issue with Palms - palms are not restricted items so it should not be an issue to just buy them.
