I currently have a scout who has earned all of the merit badges and needs to print an individual advancement report for his Eagle application. The advancement report only shows earning 21 Palms and does not show the last 2 Palms. There should be 23 Palms for earning 138 merit badges. Is there a way to correct this issue to show the correct amount of Eagle Palms?

@WilliamValot - first item is that the IAR is NOT required for the eagle rank application. Second item, post the BSA id of the scout in question.

A Scout does not EARN any Palms until the Eagle Board of Review is complete so they would not appear on an Eagle Application.
It sounds like you have an issue with the Eagle version for this Scout. Go to the Scout’s Eagle page and make sure the latest version is selected (unless all work other than Eagle Board of Review was completed prior to June 30, 2022.
