I have a unit leader who is trying to enter Wolf adventures for his Scouts. He is getting a red “x” showing he is unable to enter them.
One advancement he’s trying to enter is Bobcat, but I believe I understand the problem there. His Scouts already have it approved from before the 2024 program update (when it was still a rank/award and not an adventure to be earned at each rank) so I don’t think the system is allowing him to enter it again. However, he’s noted that he gets the red “x” when trying to enter other Wolf adventures for his Scouts and I’m not sure what is causing that problem.
For additional context, he is registered in the pack as a Committee Member with the functional role of Unit Advancement Chair. Does he need to be a registered Key 3 member to enter the advancements?
A screenshot of the red “x” issue as it appears to the leader is below. Does someone know what may be causing the issue?

@JordanMcCandless All of the Cub Scouts in that pack show positions of “Youth Member”, which means they are not assigned to a den. The code uses their den assignments to know which requirements the Cub Scouts are working towards.
One of them (initials D.G.) shows memberships in a troop and a pack at the same time, which will not work. I think he was probably assigned to a troop by mistake initially. His troop membership in Scoutbook needs to be closed / ended.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Very much appreciated. I will talk to the unit about to get the positions and den assignments sorted out so the advancement can be entered.
