Email change

A parent is trying to change their email on their account. They are getting a message that there is a pending account with the new email they are trying to use. How do I find this pending account and remove it?

Have the parent try to use that email to login and use the Forgot Password link.

Have them try again. A fix just went in this morning that could solve this.
