Parent Cannot Update Email

We have a parent (user id: 11034653) who is unable to update her email address in Scoutbook because Scoutbook says there is a pending account already associated with her email.

She cannot see the invitation to get rid of it herself, and I cannot see a way from the admin side to delete the pending invitation associated with her email account. And I cannot see a way for me to update her email account for her.

Any assistance clearing the pending invitation would be greatly appreciated.

SUAC should be able to clear this for you really easily once they see it.
