I have a parent who has updated their my.scouting.org profile to include their email address but it is not populating in Scoutbook. How do I fix this? I try to edit his scoutbook profile, but I can’t find an email field and it says that editing a profile that the parent has already accessed is not recommended. How could he have accessed his account without an email?

Also, I have a parent whose account was created via online application. His account also doesn’t include an email. His scoutbook account is 13919177
