Hello! I need to add an email address to a Scout’s parent who is connected in Scoutbook. When I go to edit his profile, there is no option to add an email address. What should I do?
I removed the image because it contained personal information.
Can the user log in to Scoutbook? Users can change their own e-mail. If not, let us know and we will send you a private message to get more information.
I found out he cannot access Scoutbook.

Click on it, scroll down, hit the reply button, and provide the information requested.
That’s weird. I’d log out of all bsa apps and back into the forums.
I did add a reply to the private message just in case
@jacobfetzer - is there perhaps a timer on the user side I don’t think so but a crazy stab in the snow
Not historically, anyway. I’ve taken an eternity to get back to folks sometimes if our schedules were out of sync.
@CharleyHamilton - yeah been there done that and have tee shirt and hat. It is odd that he got a page not found. I suspect something local to the user.
