Yep, Frustrated! And I didn’t save a copy. Camp out this weekend, and all my notes were just sent to cyberspace. I probably crashed it with my [codes].
Banners should be added immediately upon the discovery of a problem. If the developers with the access are not able to do it quickly, there should be more people with access.
When I logged on about 2 hrs. ago, there was a yellow banner “We are encountering difficulties with the messaging system at this time, messages are not being sent. We are actively working on it.”
Old messages seem to be coming through now.
BSA IT reports the issue with e-mail has been fixed but there are about 50,000 e-mails in the backlog. It may take a few hours to clear.

Thank you Ed! I just received the email I sent out last night.
I sent two email messages out via Scoutbook; one last night and one earlier today. Neither were received. I then emailed my Pack directly using my personal email. Of course, minutes after my email was received by the Pack, both Scoutbook messages were delivered. Ugh. I explained in my email that they may receive additional messages via Scoutbook. This issue needs to get resolved…
