When sending a mass email, some of my parents (and leaders) are not receiving the message. It will work individually, I think - only tested with one parent so far. He can send out a mass email through Scoutbook, but is not receiving them. Our treasurer used to receive double messages because she had two entries. Now she gets none. Any ideas?
check spam - sb is horrible for spam email
I had him check. Nothing from a couple of weeks ago. He got mine from tonight though.
