I am working to get more details from this cubmaster, but here is his latest email:

Here’s a great example of what is broken!

This is a support video offered directly within ScoutBook: Moving a Scout or Scouts into or between Dens or Patrols (Video) - Scoutbook Knowledge Base

It is completely inaccurate and does not match the user experience at all. If it were as this video shows, I would have been able to fix the issues by now. Unfortunately NOT so!

Anyone else having issues with moving cubs into dens? His MID is 14190667 if that is helpful.

@MarianMcQuaid - they need to look for the help guides for scoutbook plus. It is an edit den function there

Hey Donovan,
I just clicked on the link for the video and got a 404. I had sent him the directions you gave, but well, the CC knows more than me, and told him to use the video that he had downloaded. BTW, the CM finally did pay attention to me, used the guide I sent and got the den leaders squared away.
