I used to be able to enter an end date for a scout’s membership and that was it but now I do that and they keep reappearing later. I’ve tried reassigning their den and tried to remove them through Scoutbook Plus but that didn’t work either. How do I make them go away?!
Sounds like the Council might be touching the account - you can call them and ask them to move the scout out of your unit in my.scouting
Same problem here. For youth whose BSA membership has not yet expired, I am able to end the unit membership in Legacy Scoutbook and it stays ended. However, for youth whose BSA membership has expired and they are in their 60 day grace period, they come right back into the unit the next day. I believe this first started happening when the September 4 bug fix was made to keep scouts in their grace period on Scoutbook, but I suppose before that the grace period scouts weren’t there either way.
