I have several scouts that keep showing up in my scoutbook roster. I have gone in and ended their members and unapproved their membership and it will fix it for a time, but then it will say Akela synced it back and it adds them back. I even created an inactive den and placed them in it, but now they fell back out of the den. How can I get them fully removed out of the pack roster?
Post their BSA Member IDs (no names) and someone will investigate.

Those are just a couple.
These Scouts are both in the 3 month grace period. If they do not renew they will drop of your roster around April 1.
Hm, all of those scouts have not been in the pack for over a year at least. In fact, this one has not been in the pack for 3 years: 13880540 Yet, it still keeps updating his membership. I hope the new system actually allows them to drop off.
