Scouts that have long been removed from the unit have reappeared today with no way to remove them. Under the membership notes it reads “AkelaSBDeltaSyncFix-0224”

You can no longer delete memberships, but you can put an end date on any erroneous memberships. Do the scouts also appear in your roster at my.scouting? That will (I believe) keep pushing them back out to your unit, even if you add an end date.
