I’m having the same issue with the same error. One scout earning multiple eagle psalms. I got the first one to enter but can’t get the others to take. BSA ID is 129930000
@ToddWilliams are you using the same date for all?
Scoutbook shows my scout earned Palms. #1, #7, and #11, but NOT #2 through #6 and not #8, #9, or #10.
He has actually earned 11 palms and about to earn #12. #1 through #10 were on the Advancement report when he passed his Eagle Board of Review, He had 72 merit badges at that time. He now has 80 merit badges…
135108373 is his BSA id.
Local council advancement tried fixing the data in Scoutbook.
It now shows the scout has 80 MBs, with palms, #1, #11 and #13 approved.
Front page of Scoutbook shows the 80 merit badges and shows14 palms.
4 Bronze, 7 Gold and 3 Silver.

I have screen shots of the Scoutbook web pages, including several going back in time.
I first reported the problem on July 30.
Problem has NOT been fixed and the first report was closed.

@GaryKrippendorf they are going to clear palms 11-19 for that scout with a script - not sure when it will run - then you should be able to enter the correct palm #'s. We guess council jumped from palm 1 to 10 as that is how they are numbered in their tool. Give it 48-60 hours I would guess

With all due respect, the problem was not fixed. The issue was closed due to the 7 days without an additional posting.
Perhaps I’m not looking in the proper places, but I could not find anything saying it was fixed.
Not sure how running a script to clear 11-19 solves the problem of not being able to enter palms 3 through 10.
The problens that Todd Williamson and Julia Bundy have reported seem to be the same issue - unable to enter palms.

I never said it was fixed.
We do not need forum threads open to track issues. The BSA uses a commercial tracking system. When an issue is resolved we post the in the change log. The volunteers who moderate the forums do not have time to go back and find every thread for every issue that is fixed.
Threads will continue to close automatically 7 days after the last post or 24 hours after the last post if there is a post marked as a solution.
@ToddWilliams I see 5 palms (#1-5) approved for this scout
On my first try last night, I tried using the same date (8/19/24). Today when I tried again I used today’s date (8/20/24). Both times failed.

SB now shows 2 palms, and same error trying to enter #3

Our unit advancement chair and the council advancement person that enters all Eagle Ranks and palms has tried to update again. The council guy deleted all his entries and reentered twice, with no luck.
If you have a couple things to try, I’m all for it.
Ths scout passed his Eagle BOR on 10/26/2023. He had 72 merit badges at that time. The advancement report signed by the 3 Eagle BOR members from the council listed Eagle rank and 10 palms. He had the scoutmaster conference for #11 on 8/15/2024.

@GaryKrippendorf have you tried entering the palms in SB? that is what I am trying to see
