Error adding parent connection in Scoutbook Plus

I am trying to add a parent (also a den leader) as a connection to a scout in Scoutbook Plus, and I get this error. It finds the parent in the system, but when I click ‘save’ this error pops up.

We need the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for the parent and Scout.

I’m going to send you a private message because the IDs do not appear to be correct. Click on the green circle with white S when you see the green envelope.
