Error at Scoutbook login, email attached to 2 accounts

Are you going to your connection page in SB, clicking on the Connect as Parent/Guardian link near the top of the page then entering your daughter’s BSA #, DOB and last name?

We find it is best to have your council use their registrar tools and add the relationship there. 24 hours later you will be connected in Scoutbook.

@HilaryBradford a unit admin can use Connection Manager under Roster > Find your name as you are already a parent and make a standard connection to your kid > then go to the connection and click the Parent Checkbox to make you parent

@HilaryBradford It looks like you have 2 BSA member ID numbers, and the wrong one is set as primary at my.scouting.

Yes, that is the way I am trying when the message comes up that it cannot find her.

Can you ask the other parent / guardian to log in to Scoutbook and double-check her date of birth and spelling of her last name? (Sometimes they are wrong in the system.)

Hello! I have this dual account problem as well.

@RyanMacFee that is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13214706
