When i click on the parents name in the new version i get an error but works when i look at the old version.
To clarify, “new version” meaning Scoutbook+ and “old version” meaning Classic Scoutbook?
SB+ relies primarily on your registered role (and/or functional role assigned in my.scouting) to determine what you have access to. It also relies on the role selected in the upper right corner drop-down (i.e. Cub Scout or Scouts BSA or Venturing or Sea Scouting logo). Make sure the correct (registered scouter) role is selected to get visibility for anyone other than yourself and your own scout.
@DaveSabin my guess in SB look at Parent - I bet they do not have a BSA #

I’m a Den leader, but it could be set up wrong. Can you verify I’m set up correctly?
I am seeing this same issue on all my parents. Even established parents that have been in the Pack for a few years. Just noticed this today when I was going to look for contact information. I can see the information in Scoutbook classic, not Plus.
That makes me feel better. It’s not just me, but it’s frustrating I can’t solve it.
