Parent lost access to Scoutbook for one child, not the other?

This is a weird one I am hoping someone may have some info on.

I have a parent who has 2 children in cub scouts. Last year he had access to the “older” child’s scoutbook account no problem. When the new lion joined last year, he completely lost access to the older child’s account. He can access the younger scout page no issues. What is weird to me is that he is STILL LINKED to both children in scoutbook / myscouting.

Another interesting fact is when I drill into the scouts account in the new scoutbook plus and click on the parent’s name… his info comes up with no issue for the new scout. But when I click his name on the older scout I get an error “User is not Authorized to Access the API”. Weird its the same person, same account, but cannot access one of his children’s accounts!!!

Any help / ideas would be appreciated.

With out BSA Numbers or SB User IDs it is impossible for us to say

I can also do screenshots of what I see when i click on the parents name from each scouts account as needed… or we can arrange a screen share if that is necessary!
