Hello, I was trying to initiate a transfer to my Pack, but I encountered the following error. How should I proceed?

@AntoineDunn that is not a failure - it is a question - Does the family want the active membership to end?

Yes, they want to switch packs.

@AntoineDunn I think the issue is that the other pack has not Rechartered yet. As a result, the Cub Scout’s registration is expired / lapsed and is in the grace period. I would recommend contacting your local council for advice on how to transfer the Scout.
