Haven’t been able to get to advancement side of scoutbook recently. I can do some things on Scoutbook, but when I try to get to advancements I get the error PersonGuidTo CheckRole to check can’t be empty.
When I log into Scoutbook, it does give me the warning that my email is being used by another account also.
My scouting number is 137225502. I should be with Northern Lights Council. I am associated with both troop 4080 (sometimes refered to as 4080G or just 80) and Council Camp Staff. I used to have another number with MidAmerica Council, but I think that one got deleted the last time I had a problem.

When you say “advancement side of Scoutbook” do you mean advancement data at scoutbook.scouting? Or do you mean advancements.scouting? The former is all but retired, and is fully retired for unit functions per one of the latest change log updates.
In the former, the default permissions are governed by your registered position in the unit, and additional permissions can be manually added by your unit Key 3 in SB+.
@TamaraWorner I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. You might need to wait for the overnight sync to run for everything to work correctly.
