When attempting to complete some adventures for one new Cub Scout I keep getting the following error “Rank not found for the user”. This particular Cub is a Tiger and it shows “Rankid 8” at the end of the error.
Go to the Scout’s profile page, click on View More after the rank he is working on then make sure the proper version is selected.
After that try the adventure.
Also, make sure the Scout is in the proper den hide the rank.
