I am able to enter the Polar Bear Award for some members of my troop, however I received an error message with 1 scout and it now shows the award as started but not approved. I have approved it many times but it never updates . Scout ID is: 141531821
@EmilyMcMurtrey1 is this in quick entry or on the Scout Profile? You also know there is no award for Troops at the Scoutshop nationally for this? It depends on the council
This is under the scouts profile, not quick entry. And yes, I am aware they aren’t available at the scout shop.
@DonovanMcNeil Is there a way to get this error corrected on the Scout’s profile and mark it as approved? I was able to for 11 other kids on our troop, his is the only one showing an error?
It is reported to be looked at.
