In that scenario, I’ve seen it’s often that they have the wrong mid set as primary
@LidiaBoisson The father is the parent listed in Akela. As far as I can tell, he has never created a my.scouting account. The member number he needs to claim is 137332763. Then, he should be able to process the transfer.
Thanks! I will have the father set up the account and try the transfer. The mother wasn’t able to do it.
Alternatively, you could ask your council to set a parent relationship in the membership system for the mother.
