I am the Scoutmaster of a Troop in the Burke Lake District of NCAC.
We have a Scout family that moved here over the summer.
Both kids joined our Troop in September. Their youngest transferred across the street to another Troop to be with school friends in October.
He is transferring back to us, but there’s an error when the dad tries to transfer him or multiples him. The other Troop’s Key 3 either doesn’t know how or can’t transfer the scout.
The Scout’s Scouting America ID # is 141356177.
The error message talks about a bad email and we’ve tried changing the email on both the dad’s and scout’s account page but nothing works. Any help is much appreciated.
