Im having trouble transferring one of our cub scouts from pack to a troop. I keep getting this error message “Parent/Guardian is missing DateofBirth. Please contact your local council.”. Is this something you can fix or do I have to go through my council (which will probably get resolved in 2 weeks). Thanks!
