Sharon, If your recharter has just recently been processed, you might have lost your permissions as part of this process. Each year, your Key 3 need to re-delegate/re-assign advancement chair permissions. You might want to ask one of your unit Key 3 to check your assigned roles in scoutbook.

I have been able to enter advancements after out troops recharger (I was added back as a advancement chair after rechartering). This week I have not been able to enter advancements.
Unable to add merit badge advancement to Scoutbook. Have tried on multiple tries and get this message.
