Error when resetting password for scout account

I have a youth that I am working to give access to their account. I go to my.scouitng.org and do a password reset. Account is correctly located, and reset email is received. Upon following the link, the security questions are successfully entered, and upon entering and confirming the new password, “A System Error Occurred” message appears and there is a note to contact local council. Here is the scout’s info. Can you take a look before I call the council?

@AJWesseler you can try the BOT at bottom right of my.scouting - or call council to reset password

Chatbot did the trick and sent a temporary password that I could use to log in. I had to answer “no” on the chatbot security questions otherwise answering yes got it stuck in a loop between enter username and what do you want to do.
