I have a youth that I am working to give access to their account. I go to my.scouitng.org and do a password reset. Account is correctly located, and reset email is received. Upon following the link, the security questions are successfully entered, and upon entering and confirming the new password, “A System Error Occurred” message appears and there is a note to contact local council. Here is the scout’s info. Can you take a look before I call the council?
