Reset password not working

Hi there, A parent has been unable to successfully reset the password for the ScoutBook account associated with BSA ID: 135948430 using the Betty Bot. He’s tried several times. Can someone on this forum please reset it and message me the temporary one? Our Council person is gone for the day. Thanks.

Ok. I guess it’ll have to wait until Monday as the bot isn’t working in this case and the person at Council is gone for the day. Thanks!
