I was receiving the message that I needed to verify my connection to my son. I looked at the instructions and had my husband send me a confirmation. When I logged in, I got the blue confirm button that then went to another screen to verify. When I clicked on that, I kept getting an error that said there was an error approving the invitation. Today, I still get the same error. I am connected to him as a parent in the original SB and followed all the steps for adding a connection in the new system but it still shows an error and that I am not validated. I refresh too many times and both parent conenctions disappear on my son’s account.
@ShannonStephenson so now you do not see the Relationship Blue accept screen?

Scout is HD in T931. If I click the link in the email to verify the connection, I get the first part that has the blue “Confirm” button and then it brings up the next screen “New Scouting America Relationship Request” where there is a blue “Accept” button. When I click that, I get the error message that there is an error approving the invitation.
It is being looked at @ShannonStephenson - immediate answer is Council can make the relationship for you in Registrar tools
@ShannonStephenson ok DEVs did some cleanup to SEE if it solves it - can the 2 of you try the process again and report back?
I deleted the original request and sent a new invitation. I was able to accept the invitation. I haven’t seen yet if I still get the confirm message when logging into Scoutbook+.
