Just went into the first number’s individual record. I thought I couldn’t bulk add because the bobcat wasn’t entered yet (I’m waiting for the DL to give me a date). So I bulk added those four for Bobcat (I’ll change the dates later if needed). It said it did that successfully, but I guess it didn’t save.
Please post the BSA Member IDs (no names) for the Scouts where Paws for Action failed.

Any update on fixing the bulk add problems? I’m resorting to updating things one individual account at a time. This is infuriating.
BSA basically only notifies after a fix/feature/change is released, and generally only via the change log forums here for the relevant product (SB/SB+ vs app).
Something I just noticed. When I am able to bulk add it seems to be more often electives, and when it works there’s a blue notice that comes up saying updating requirements, that doesn’t happen when there’s an error.
I’m having the same issue with Lion Adventures.
I was not able to mark any Requirements as Complete, but I was able to mark the Adventure as Complete.
I also noticed that one of my Cubs was not assigned to my Den due to a late registration. Upon adding her, her profile seemed uncorrupted and I was able to mark all Requirements as Complete with no issue.
Interestingly, everybody’s Required Adventures show up as Started except for the new Cub whose show up as Not Started.
I am getting the same error and it doesn’t matter if I do bulk quick entry, individual quick entry, or individual entry on individual requirements. I tried switching the version year (not available), adding a comment, and making sure each scout had the correct version year (they did). I have the correct Pack position selected in the upper right.

After the update today (17 Dec), I was able to update the advancements with errors. At this time, I am caught up on advancements successfully for my den. Thanks for the work on this bug!
