Error message when attempting a Scout transfer

Parents are receiving the following error message when they attempt to transfer their Scout and/or themselves (Den Leader) to a different Pack in the same Council and District:

(red circle with X) Our apologies, but we are experiencing an error on our end. Please contact your local council to report it. Error: required key (personPositionid) not found required key (registrationid) not found

Is there any way for me to look that number up?

If they are not in your unit - no - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

You can, if you try transfering them yourself, you need to know some info like First Name, Last Name, Address (or Zip). I don’t recall what else, but I was able to do this for a family when given that info.
