Error: you are not authorized to view the user advancement

I am the troop UAC I am working on advancements, I have full access to all of the scouts on the roster with the exception of two. They happen to be brothers. this is the message i get.

ERROR: YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THE USER ADVANCEMENT
LOGGED IN USER DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS API

@SamuelMiller3 - so you are actually not in scoutbook but rather internet advancement. Has someone checked in scoutbook itself to see if their membership section has just one active and approved membership.

Beyond that if you could post the bsa ID of these scouts.

They only have 1 active membership. I have already looked at this.

@SamuelMiller3 - if you could post the BSA id of the scouts that will help

@SamuelMiller3 go to unit roster > click your name > click your admin position for the unit the scouts are in > click update

I did that and it still says that I do not have authorization for the 2 brothers.

@SamuelMiller3 what are the brothers initials?
