We have an event set for tomorrow evening, 6/28. I had reminders set for 7, 4 and 1 day before. The 7 day reminder went out, but the 4 day and 1 day did not. Looking at the event the 4 and 1 day both say the reminder was sent on 6/28 at 12:01am. Which is in the future? Something isn’t right here. See attached please.
I just checked with the developers. There was an issue with a license that has been resolved. Reminders should go out again.
Ok thanks. Today we got a notification for our event that happened yesterday. Hopefully this is a one off issue.
