System has been broken for about a week it seems. Parents can’t RSVP. Reminder emails are not going out.

Are these scheduled reminders or ASAP reminders that are not going out?

And what do you mean by parents cannot RSVP - can you give a detailed example?

Having the same problem. Parents Confirms Child with a green Message popping up but my child’s status does not update. Scoutbook Please fix!

@AaronHoague if you are talking about when the parent goes online and to the event and RSVPs for Scouts - that is a known and reported issue
